The practice is so bright and airy with such a friendly atmosphere that it takes away any thoughts of fear or trepidation. We have always had any necessary treatment fully explained and given options. Treatment has been efficient and successful and in the event of any difficulty, the problem is rectified quickly. The practice is very conveniently situated in Glasgow's West End, both for public transport and car, with convenient parking. It really is an excellent establishment, offering first class service.

Can't praise Lansdowne Dental Care highly enough. After terrible experiences with another practice in Glasgow (resulting in a phobia), I was put off visiting dentists altogether until a friend recommended Lansdowne. They've treated me so well that I'm no longer scared of dental work, and they've fixed the botch job on my fillings carried out by the previous practice. Very sensitive to dental phobias, and I've never felt rushed to make way for the next bum on a seat. Fantastic; again, can't recommend them highly enough.

It would be difficult to fault any aspect of this first-class practice, which, despite its obvious excellence, is constantly evolving and improving. To start with, it is easy to make an appointment by phone, and e-mails and text messages will give you reminders before the date. On the due day you enter a handsome nineteenth-century building that is is spacious and decorated with taste. The friendly reception staff show you to a small waiting-room with newspapers and a news channel, though you rarely have time to get beyond the headlines because you never have to wait for very long in what is a very efficient and well-run organisation.
That my own dentist, Mr McMorrow, is an excellent clinician (who over the years has carried out a variety of faultless and pain-free dental procedures with me) does not prevent him from taking the time to explain what he is doing, even for the simplest thing, and also to inform me how much a particular treatment will or would cost (for often you are given the choice of different treatments).In other words, I am made to feel involved in my treatment at every stage, while knowing I am in the best of hands and can relax. I cannot recommend this surgery too highly.
